3. With which equipement is provided the apartment?
To see the equipment is provided with the apartment selected, please check the page presentation section. Photos and apartment features shown on the page allows you to view the facilities offered.
 
4. How much is the rent?
Each apartment has its specific features and prices.
 
5. Agency fees
 The agency fees are calculated depending on the length of rental housing (short, medium or long) and are detailed in the agency agreement 
 
6. Payments to the owner
 The rent and security deposit are paid directly to the owner. Generally, cash is accepted as payment.
 
7. Rent
The rent must be paid to the owner when you sign the lease.
For short term rental : all other maintenance expenses are included.
For medium and long term rental: the residents will pay the maintenance expenses resulting from the exclusive use of the building for the duration of the contract: water and energy consumption (gas, electricity), telephone, internet, cable tv, etc.
 
8. The security deposit
The guarantee deposit is equal (generally) with one months rent. It covers any damage caused at the living space, furnitures or to the related accessories during your stay. If at the end of the stay no damage is produced, the owner will refund the security deposit. Otherwise, the value of damage caused during the stay will be deducted from the amount deposited as security.
The owner has the right to refuse tenants who do not pay security deposit.
 In any case the guarantee deposit can not be used by the tenant as an excuse for late payments it is obliged to do.
Our company is not responsible for any dispute regarding security deposit refund.
 
9. Accommodation and the keys
At the accommodation, you will perform an inspection of the property with the landlord and you will sign the inventory. The owner will give you the keys of the property and will provide useful information on the accommodation.
